One of our key capabilities is our Conquest six-color carousel silk screen machine. This automated system can apply up to six colors as material moves through individual printing stations. Each station applies another color, allowing us to create detailed, multi-color designs efficiently and consistently.
As our Engineering Department explains, “It’s a six-color carousel silk screen. It’s really big. It’s a huge carousel that has a bunch of different platforms, and it rotates around and puts each color down.”
In addition to our six-color capabilities, Petra & Holum has larger-format screen printing equipment for projects that require more printing area. Our Engineering Department can evaluate the size, material, artwork, and production requirements to determine the best approach for each project.
Our silk screening capabilities also extend to specialty packaging materials. We can screen print on materials such as linen and soft-touch surfaces, giving brands more freedom when creating a distinctive packaging experience.
